It’s a real shame PNT is no longer on Binance but it’s no longer on HTX formerly Huobi either.
Is there a plan to get back onto central exchanges? Even if it doesn’t get back on Binance it would be nice to see it listed elsewhere.

Your question is a valid one, having PNT listed on multiple CEXs could bring some benefits, however, listings are very expensive and the project is struggling financially, so we discussed with the community and suggested to prioritize development (pNetwork v4), exploring new ventures (Proofcast.xyz) and decentralized exchanges (see for example the DAO-supported LP on Pancakeswap).
We hope that either with v4 or with Proofcast there will be a resurgence of interest in the community for PNT tokens, and with more resources and momentum it will be possible to list them on other CEXs.
In the meantime, I’d suggest trading PNT on DEXs.

Looking at the Proofcast site though I’m not seeing any mention of the P token at all or even P Network.

Yes, those are two different projects, but very correlated. Also, pNetwork v4 is using Proofcast’s Event Attestator for example.
The success of Proofcast will benefit pNetwork and its community
